Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following Utility Account Management Establish and maintain utility customer accounts in the customer information system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Eligibility Verification Verify account eligibility and accessibility, confirming that all necessary documentation and criteria are met before processing. Work Order Processing Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately. Mass Communication Preparation Prepare files and documentation for mass customer communications, including billing statements, service notices, and other customer outreach materials. Billing and Notices Support Assist with the preparation and mailing of billing statements and other customer notices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Document Management Scan and retain documents in accordance with careerzynith's record-keeping policies and regulatory requirements. Audit and Quality Assurance Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution. KPI Tracking Enter data into Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking databases to support performance measurement and reporting efforts. Additional Duties Take on other related responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Customer Service Division. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role at careerzynith, candidates must meet the following requirements Educational Background High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Experience A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist in a professional environment.
