[Remote] PMO and Strategic Project Manager

The PMO and Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for managing project related assignments, ensuring operational projects are integrated and monitored, while also supporting leadership on high-value strategic projects focused on technology, analytics, and operational optimization. Responsibilities Supports ACG leadership on highest value strategic projects across the division, focusing on technology, carrier and product strategy, Business Unit market assessments, operations optimization, data, analytics and AI Drives projects independently; manages project scoping, performs analysis, formulates answers, socializes with leadership, supports implementation Develops a strong understanding of ACG’s businesses and their competitive advantage, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks to support ACG strategy development Supports ACG leadership in developing strategic partnerships with carrier partners Identifies new products to launch with the help of Business Unit leadership Leads the development and management of resources to improve client and insurance market analytics and benchmarking tools Identifies areas in need of process improvement and develops methods and/or tools to improve deliverables Develops and implements organization wide policies, workflows and procedures including corresponding measurement tools with an emphasis on workload re-balancing and best practices Ensures that appropriate measurement tools are in place to effectively manage workflows and individual results Works with brokerage teams and support resources to improve workflows involving client policies and service levels for efficiency and accuracy Advocates for the enhanced use of technology and training where appropriate Partners with Corporate Services business units (i.e. Facilities, IT, Accounting, Legal) to facilitate efficient business operations Supports ACG tech teams to provide business view of new technology platforms and applications to improve policy servicing, data capture and analytics for the benefit of brokerage staff and clients Presents opportunities for Automation and Artificial Intelligence to improve effectiveness and efficiency Supports strategic project management across ACG projects through prioritization and resource allocation Establishes project methodologies and sets performance expectations and indicators Responsible for project reporting and risk management, including executive reporting, risk reporting and escalation, and cross-project coordination and dependencies Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information) Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates Performs other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Four (4) or more years related work experience Experience leading complex cross-functional projects to achieve business goals Proficient in Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem solving and time management skills Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Ability to interface with executives – internal and external Ability to think strategically Benefits We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
