[Remote] Principal Technical Program Manager – AI Transformation & Clinical Informatics Enablement

They are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead AI Transformation and Enablement initiatives across the Clinical Informatics organization, partnering with various stakeholders to optimize workflows and drive efficiency through intelligent technology adoption. Responsibilities Drive enterprise-scale transformation initiatives focused on optimizing Clinical Informatics workflows through AI, automation, and process redesign Evaluate end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, duplicate activities, unnecessary handoffs, and opportunities for automation Develop and execute transformation roadmaps that align technology investments with clinical, regulatory, quality, and business objectives Partner with clinical SMEs to redesign workflows that enable team members to work at the top of their license and expertise Build scalable operating models that increase the organization's capacity to support expanding regulatory, quality, and compliance programs Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, workflow automation, decision support, and intelligent process orchestration to improve efficiency and quality outcomes Establish success metrics and KPIs that measure operational effectiveness, productivity gains, adoption, and business impact Drive continuous improvement programs that enhance organizational agility and resource utilization across competing business priorities Collaborate across Clinical Informatics, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Operations teams to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives Lead through ambiguity, bringing structure, governance, and accountability to complex transformation efforts Facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes Manage dependencies, risks, change impacts, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams Partner with technical teams to evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions that improve operational workflows and user experiences Ensure solutions align with healthcare compliance, privacy, security, and governance requirements Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies to maximize transformation success Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, healthcare technology trends, and best practices in workflow automation and operational excellence Skills 10+ years of Technical Program Management, Business Transformation, Clinical Operations, or related leadership experience Demonstrated success leading large-scale business transformation, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, or workflow modernization programs from strategy through execution Strong ability to analyze complex operational processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scale Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Experience defining business outcomes, KPIs, and adoption metrics that demonstrate measurable value Strong risk management, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities Experience within Clinical Informatics, Healthcare Operations, Clinical Quality, Regulatory Programs, or Healthcare Technology environments Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality programs, interoperability standards, and healthcare data governance Understanding of AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, process mining, intelligent document processing, and related transformation technologies Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise technology ecosystems, including OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Agile, SAFe, or similar continuous improvement methodologies Benefits May be eligible for bonus and equity.
