They are seeking a Product Designer to join their Design team, where the individual will design experiences for collaborative apps and have the opportunity to significantly influence the design process. Responsibilities Own design work across VibeIQ’s core product surfaces Create flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to define problems and shape solutions Bring structure to ambiguous workflows and turn complex product needs into clear experiences Contribute to our design system and shared product patterns Participate in design reviews, share feedback, and help set the bar for design quality Explore how AI and emerging tools can support design workflows and product experiences Build working relationships across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams Help shape the design function at VibeIQ as the team grows Skills 3-5 years of experience designing UX and UI for software products Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills Strong Figma skills and experience using components, styles, and prototypes Experience designing with or contributing to a design system Good product judgment and the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals Comfort working through ambiguity and making progress with limited direction Interest in experimenting with AI tools to move design work forward Background in B2B, productivity, collaborative, creative, or canvas-based products Familiarity with retail, merchandising, PLM, or physical product development workflows Frontend knowledge, including HTML/CSS or experience building websites or apps Experience helping define early design systems, product patterns, or team standards Experience using tools like Claude Code or Claude Design for prototyping or design-to-dev workflows Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance 9 paid holidays per year Discretionary time off Paid parental leave Company Overview At VibeIQ, we built the only AI-powered product decision platform purpose-built for retail, footwear, and apparel brands.
