This role involves managing network buildouts, installations, and other related projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate broadband network infrastructure projects from initiation through completion Facilitate network buildouts, installations, ring collapses, capacity enhancements, and related engineering initiatives Partner with Enterprise Engineering, Inside Plant (ISP), Implementation, Field Operations, Optical Network, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and executive-level presentations Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance metrics Drive stakeholder meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders Adapt quickly to evolving tools, processes, and organizational priorities Skills Experience managing telecommunications or broadband network infrastructure projects Understanding of network buildouts, fiber infrastructure, network enhancements, ring collapses, and related engineering activities Experience working with teams such as Inside Plant (ISP), Implementation, Field Operations, and Optical Network organizations Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent facilitation, organization, and project leadership skills Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Company Overview Sand Cherry is a management consulting firm based in Denver.
