[Remote] Regional Marketing Manager

They are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive and strategic marketing support for each location. The role involves managing organic social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and local marketing initiatives while collaborating with the Director of Marketing on broader brand strategies. Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing partner for an assigned portfolio of Gravity Haus properties Build strong relationships with General Managers and on-site leadership teams to understand business priorities and marketing needs Lead bi-weekly marketing reviews with property teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and align on upcoming initiatives Develop and execute localized marketing plans to support occupancy, food & beverage revenue, memberships, events, and other property goals Proactively identify need periods and partner with Revenue Management and Operations teams on demand-generation strategies Own day-to-day organic social media strategy and execution across assigned properties Manage local content creators and social media contractors, including briefing, content review, approvals, and performance management Ensure content is aligned with brand standards, seasonal priorities, and business objectives Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed Manage influencer partnerships from outreach through execution and performance reporting Coordinate contracts, deliverables, property stays, and content requirements Evaluate partnership effectiveness and recommend future opportunities based on measurable results Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure influencer efforts support broader brand objectives Own execution of property-level and portfolio-wide email marketing initiatives Develop and deploy monthly property communications, seasonal booking campaigns, and quarterly promotional initiatives Manage audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and reporting Continuously optimize performance through data-driven improvements to content, targeting, and cadence Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, local print advertisers, website content, partnerships, and on-property marketing channels Coordinate creative assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign launches Manage relationships with local print and media partners, coordinating advertising placements, promotional opportunities, creative deliverables, and performance tracking to support property marketing goals Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives efficiently and effectively Monitor and report on key performance indicators including engagement, traffic, bookings, conversions, email performance, and campaign ROI Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations for property and marketing leadership Present performance insights and optimization opportunities during property reviews and team meetings Ensure consistent execution of Gravity Haus brand standards across all assigned properties and marketing channels Support brand consistency across digital, social, email, print, and on-property guest touchpoints Act as a steward of the Gravity Haus brand while tailoring marketing efforts to local market needs Skills 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, consumer, or multi-location brands Experience partnering directly with business leaders, clients, or operational stakeholders Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing fundamentals Experience managing influencer relationships, content creators, agencies, or external vendors Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools, and marketing analytics Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to work within Mountain or Pacific Time Zones Hospitality, hotel, membership, or lifestyle brand experience Benefits Health insurance A 401(k) with company match An All-In Gravity Haus Membership that includes adventure perks like discounted stays, gear rentals, wellness programming, and more Company Overview Gravity Haus designs one-of-a-kind encounters that bind individuals to one another and the natural world.
