[Remote] Senior Associate / Engagement Manager - Strategic Accounts (East-Coast, DC Preferred)

They are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Engagement Manager to manage relationships with Fortune 500 enterprises, ensuring successful execution of volunteer programs and events. Responsibilities Act as a lead for your portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building lasting trust with key stakeholders and decision-makers Advise clients on their social impact strategy, bringing a senior, consultative voice to every conversation Nurture long-term relationships that set these accounts up for renewal and growth Support execution of critical events on-site from start to finish coordinate on-site logistics with our operations and host teams, from materials and check-in through to wrap-up Coordinate with the client's facilities, security, and mail/shipping functions to clear access, deliveries, and on-site setup ahead of each event Roll up your sleeves to solve problems in real time, adapt quickly when plans change, and do what it takes to deliver a great experience Be the senior Goodera presence in the room for clients, volunteers, and nonprofit partners Configure and manage events in the client's volunteer-management platform, including event setup, registration, capacity management, and participant communications Own the behind-the-scenes requests that make events happen room and venue bookings, facilities, security, catering, and mail or shipment coordination, submitted and tracked through the client's internal tools and request systems Manage registration end-to-end and stand up systems to collect and analyze participant and partner feedback after each event Build and maintain client-specific wikis, SOPs, templates, and checklists, keeping them current, accurate, and quality-checked Keep planning calendars and pipeline status up to date so anyone can see what's booked, what's pending, and what's at risk Build and run tailored account plans aligned to each client's goals, metrics, and impact ambitions, turning one-off events into year-round programs Run quarterly planning cycles and forecast inventory by city and location against upcoming campaigns, curating new volunteer experiences where there are gaps in demand Coordinate Goodera's program, operations, supply, content, and host teams to plan and deliver large-scale volunteering events, owning timelines, logistics, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff to recap Monitor program health and key metrics such as participation, satisfaction, impact, and cost efficiency, and turn them into clear stories for clients and internal teams Produce regular (typically monthly) metrics reporting covering events executed and planned, volunteers engaged, cost per volunteer, impact, and satisfaction Spot risks and delivery gaps early, and resolve them with urgency and clear communication Be the voice of the client inside Goodera, shaping how we improve our platform, playbooks, and event experience Skills 3+ years in engagement management, enterprise account management, client success, strategy, consulting, or a senior client-facing role, ideally with large, complex accounts in a startup setting A hands-on operator who is energized by being on-site and running live events, not managing only from behind a desk Comfort living inside enterprise internal tooling volunteer or event platforms, room-booking and facilities systems, and request or ticketing forms, with the patience and accuracy to get the paperwork right the first time Strong process and admin discipline maintaining SOPs, templates, trackers, and clean documentation that other people can rely on A track record of owning enterprise relationships and delivering measurable results in retention, growth, or strategic impact A natural relationship builder and storyteller with strong executive presence, comfortable leading client rooms and senior conversations Excellent project management instincts, with the ability to create structure across several concurrent workstreams Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to any audience An ownership mindset and the ability to manage a valued book of business independently Comfortable in the thick of live events on your feet, problem-solving, and staying calm when plans change Genuine passion for social impact and for bringing people together to do good Experience executing events end-to-end, with the instinct to anticipate problems and the resourcefulness to fix them on the fly Background in CSR, employee engagement, or events is a plus Benefits Travel is part of this role. You should be comfortable traveling up to 40% for client and event moments. Because this is a hands-on, event-facing role, you'll need flexibility around event days, including the occasional evening or weekend. On some accounts you may be issued a client email address and internal-system access, and you'll be expected to respond promptly (often within one business day), to keep client data only on approved systems, and to follow each client's confidentiality, data-security, and media policies.
