[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while coordinating with various departments to align technology solutions and improve operational workflow. Responsibilities Assist in clearly defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring operational and technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Determine available resources and delegate project tasks based on individual strengths and capabilities. Set realistic time estimates in defining activities, sequencing activities, and estimating the duration of the activities to develop schedules and maintain schedules Determine cost estimate and develop the project budget. Submit budget for final review and approval from senior leadership. Ensure adherence to approved budget throughout the project Monitor and manage project performance inclusive of cost and team performance. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Responsible to identify and evaluate potential risks including the development of contingency plans. Manage risks and take corrective measures as applicable Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction that the work scope is completed in a quality manner, within budget and on time. Keep the business owner/stakeholder up to date to minimize uncertainty and avoid any unwanted surprises through effective communication. Meet with business owners to review current project status reports Perform other related duties as assigned.
