They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the Emerging Apps business unit, focusing on scaling and optimizing newly acquired mobile applications. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end integration and growth of newly acquired apps within the Mode.Inc ecosystem Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes Develop strategic product-feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale by analyzing and implementing best-in-market trends and out-of-the-box ideas Build and mentor cross-functional teams; serve as a role model and standard-setter for product excellence Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Monetization, and Data teams to deliver value-driven, measurable results Establish frameworks for ongoing experimentation to drive further monetization and scalable growth Partner with M&A, Finance, and Leadership to identify opportunities and shape post-acquisition product strategies Provide visibility into business performance and communicate results clearly to executive stakeholders Skills 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes Experience in mobile app ecosystems (utility, social, entertainment, or rewards/monetization) with understanding of subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies Demonstrated success integrating and scaling products post-acquisition or within multi-app portfolios Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level A strategic, business-minded product leader with deep understanding of P&L ownership and revenue drivers A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and operates with high accountability in driving efficient product pipelines Experienced leading product dev teams to drive engagement and impact on the product and business Expert at balancing user value with business impact, ensuring that both scale together Skilled at using data, A/B experimentation, and intuition to make the best possible decisions A natural collaborator who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization Benefits We are a 100% remote-first, global company.
