[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and grow strategic MSP/VMS relationships remotely. This role focuses on improving customer experience, account retention, and business development while serving as a key contact for cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Meet assigned gross profit and KPI goals Build and leverage relationships with key decision makers Develop existing programs and add new ones Align business development efforts with sales and recruiting strategy Build and nurture recruiting team relationships Manage candidate workflow through acceptance to start date MSP/VMS onboarding & management Oversight of all elements of MSP or VMS programs Customer service for assigned clients Day-to-day oversight of key workflows on behalf of Client Facilitate order management process for MSP clients Inputs and manages open orders in MSP/VMS and ATS Facilitates name clearance process with client Timesheet management & invoicing Skills 5+ Years of Locum Tenens account management at a production desk level 3+ Years proven record of accomplishment of and growing MSP/VMS Proven track record of high client retention and customer service excellence Led and managed large projects that interfaced directly with MSP/VMS contacts and coordinated with internal resources to fulfill requests Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel) Alliance Recruiting Resources staff must reside in one of the following states - CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX Education College degree preferred but not required Experience managing multiple MSP/VMS Locum Tenens relationships Procured, negotiated, and secured MSP/VMS service agreements Cross-collaborated with production, support, and management levels to service MSP/VMS services Benefits A Competitive Base Salary with lucrative commission plan Health, Dental, Vision Benefits - •begins 1st of the month after hire date• 401K match Unlimited Time Off Policy – •That’s not a typo!• 9 Company Holidays Volunteer Time Off - •12 hours per quarter!• Virtual & In-person Company Gatherings Opportunity to join our Impact Team or Cares Team (teams focus on opportunities to serve our communities and our employees) Company Overview Alliance Recruiting Resources is a staffing and recruiting company that provides physician recruiting services.
