[Remote] Technical Account Executive

They are seeking a Technical Account Executive who can bridge the gap between clients' business and technical needs, managing the sales process from qualification to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in software consulting and be comfortable engaging with high-level executives. Responsibilities Manage and call on new and existing leads Ideate and implement sales campaign ideas with the BDR team Work with BDR to prospect new leads Continue to nurture and upsell accounts on an ongoing basis post-close Nurture potential prospects Manage sales pipeline and CRM data Work with internal team to scope requirements on opportunities Work with the delivery team to craft proposals and design solutions, the Senior Technical Sales Executive should be able to own the majority of the scoping and solution design process Craft tailored solutions presentation decks and present to clients Ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team and continue to nurture accounts during the execution and support phases of the contract Skills Direct experience in a business consulting environment, particularly around software product development Consultative approach to understand both the client's business and technical needs Experience working in a software consulting firm environment selling or consulting with tech companies and enterprise businesses Demonstrated deals worked on and closed with 6 and 7 figure contract values Comfortable working across silos of the organization and speaking with VP's, Directors, Product Owners and C-levels Strong people and communication skills Understanding of sales psychology Attention to detail and critical thinking Strong email and proposal writing skills Ability to present ideas clearly and impactfully High level of organization and structure Experience selling a complicated technology business service Charismatic and witty personality Ability to connect with C-level and VP-level executives easily Confident and go-getter attitude Minimum 5+ years selling in a tech consulting company Proven ability to close technology services contracts in 2 - 4 month sales cycles Great communication skills with team members and clients Benefits Base salary Commission plan Health, vision, and dental insurance 26 PTO days per year Retirement plan after 1 year Expense account Flexible schedule Company Overview Latin American Nearshore Software Development & Staff Augmentation Powerhouse It was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
